Spent the evening at Lodmoor, where a drake Garganey was the highlight.
My favourite Spring sound of Willow Warblers singing was also nice. I'll finish off though with a couple of cracking 2nd-summer Mediterranean Gulls.

The new female. What a bloody trouble maker. Will the male fall for the younger bird and do the dirty on his partner? Stay tuned folks.
Male Bearded Tit.
From below a typical adult male. This bird is in it's 7th calender year.
From above though, definitely not a typical adult male. This bird, that mimics the plumage of a female, is very unusual and apparently is the only one that looks like this in the country.
